Wake N Bait Beach Cleanups
Help keep the coast we fish clean. Join our crew on local beach cleanups that protect the waters, wildlife, and spots we love.
Meet the Wake N Bait Beach Cleanups
Wake N Bait was built around days on the water. Those trips only stay special if the coast stays healthy. Our beach cleanups are a simple way for anglers, families, and friends to give back to the same ocean and bays we rely on.
Each event is open to all experience levels. You do not have to be a hardcore fisherman to join. If you enjoy clean beaches, cold mornings, and seeing full trash bags instead of full plastic bottles, you will fit right in.

Upcoming cleanups
Updates as of December 2025
Our beach cleanups run in seasons. Right now we do not have the next date locked in, but more events are on the way.
If you want to be one of the first to know about future Wake N Bait Beach Cleanups, here are a few easy ways to stay in the loop:
What to expect
01
Check in and safety
We meet at the check in spot, hand out bags and tools, and do a quick safety briefing. You pick your zone and group up with friends or other volunteers.
02
Cleanup and tally
We spread out along the beach or shoreline, collect trash, and keep an eye out for fishing line, hooks, and plastic. At the end we weigh or estimate what we removed.
03
Hangout and share
After the cleanup we regroup for photos, quick stories, and an optional fishing tip or knot demo. If conditions allow, some of us may wet a line nearby.
