For most projects, 2 to 4 weeks of lead time works best. That gives us space to plan the story, schedule locations, and organize any crew or gear. If you have a tight deadline, still reach out. If we can make the timing work, we will.
Every project is a little different, so we build a custom estimate after we learn what you need. We work with a range of budgets, from simple half day social shoots to larger multi day productions. Once you share your idea, we send a clear proposal so you know exactly what is included before we start.
A few simple things help a lot. Your main goal for the project, where the content will be used, any brand guidelines or logos, and a few examples of work you like. We use that information to shape the concept and make sure everything feels on brand for you.
