These User-Generated Content Terms (“UGC Terms”) apply to any content that you submit, upload, post, publish, transmit, tag us in, respond to, or otherwise share with KC Ventures Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including on:

By submitting or sharing content with us, you agree to these UGC Terms.
DEFINITIONS
“Content” means any text, reviews, ratings, testimonials, photos, images, videos, audio, designs, files, comments, messages, feedback, suggestions, or other materials you submit or make available.
“UGC” means Content submitted by customers, users, or community members.
“Platforms” means our websites, store pages, social media pages, tools, and services we operate or use to run and promote the business.
ELIGIBILITY AND YOUR PROMISES TO US
By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:
1. You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. You own the Content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit it.
3. Your Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
4. Your Content is truthful and reflects your genuine experience (especially reviews, ratings, and testimonials).
5. Your Content complies with these UGC Terms, applicable laws, and any applicable third-party platform rules.
If you do not meet these requirements, do not submit Content.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP
As between you and the Company, you retain ownership of your Content.
However, you grant us the license described below so we can operate, display, and promote our Platforms and business.
LICENSE YOU GRANT TO THE COMPANY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our websites, content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
By submitting Content to us (including by tagging us, submitting through a form, sending via email, or participating in a campaign we promote), you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to:
– Host, store, copy, reproduce, publish, display, perform, distribute, and make available your Content;
– Modify, adapt, edit, reformat, crop, resize, translate, and create derivative works from your Content; and
– Use your Content in any media or format now known or later developed.
This includes use on our Platforms, including product pages, reviews sections, galleries, email marketing, promotional materials, advertisements, and social media.
Name, handle, and attribution. If your Content includes your name, username, profile name, likeness, voice, or other identifying information you provide, you also grant permission for us to use it in connection with your Content (for example, “Photo by @username”), unless you request removal as described below.
No obligation to use. We are not required to publish or use any Content, even if submitted.
CONTENT GUIDELINES
You agree not to submit Content that:
– Is false, misleading, or impersonates another person or business;
– Is unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate;
– Includes personal sensitive information about you or others (for example, government ID numbers, full payment card data, medical information, or precise location);
– Infringes or violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
– Contains malware, malicious code, or attempts to interfere with security or Platform operations;
– Violates third-party platform terms where the Content is posted; or
– Encourages unsafe or improper product use.
Truthfulness. Reviews, ratings, and testimonials must reflect your honest experience.
Disclosure. If you received an incentive, discount, or free product in exchange for a review or post, you must disclose that where required by law or platform rules.
MODERATION, FEATURED CONTENT, AND REMOVAL
Moderation rights. We may review, screen, edit, refuse, remove, hide, or disable access to Content at any time and for any reason, including to comply with law, enforce these UGC Terms, or protect the Company, our customers, or others. We are not obligated to provide notice or an explanation.
Formatting edits. We may make minor edits for clarity, length, or formatting (for example, cropping, resizing, or correcting obvious typos) while keeping the meaning intact.
Featuring content. We may feature Content across our Platforms and may combine it with other materials (for example, compilations, reels, layout designs, and product page formats).
Removal requests. If you want us to stop using specific Content, contact us through our Contact Us page and include:
– Where the Content appears (page URL(s)) and/or screenshots,
– A description of the Content,
– Your name and contact information, and
– The reason for your request.
We will review requests and, where reasonable, work to remove Content from future placements. Please note removal may not be immediate and may not remove copies already shared, cached, archived, syndicated, printed, or distributed by third parties.
REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
When you submit a review, rating, or testimonial, you agree that:
– It reflects your genuine opinion and experience;
– You are not posting on behalf of someone else;
– You are not using reviews to harass, threaten, or defame others; and
– We may display your review with associated metadata (for example, first name/initial, city/state, star rating, or date), where available.
We may remove or decline to publish reviews that violate these UGC Terms or applicable law.
DISCLAIMERS
User content is user responsibility. Content is submitted by users and does not necessarily reflect the Company’s views. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted Content.
No endorsement. Displaying Content does not mean we endorse any user, statement, or third-party product or service.
No confidentiality. Do not submit confidential information or proprietary ideas. Content you submit is not confidential.
No compensation. Unless we agree in writing, you will not receive compensation for Content or for any use of Content under these UGC Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS OF OTHERS
You may not submit Content that infringes any third-party rights. If you include other people in photos or videos, you are responsible for obtaining their permission where required.
If you submit Content that includes third-party materials (music, artwork, logos, brands, images), you are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions.
DMCA COPYRIGHT NOTICE
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on our Platforms infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request through our Contact Us page.
Please include:
– Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,
– Identification of the material you want removed (exact page URL(s) and screenshots if possible),
– Your name and contact information,
– A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and
– A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized
