Verification
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Verification requirements depend on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the data. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request or ask for additional information needed to confirm you are the person about whom we collected the information.
Opting out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising
California law defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly. We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain data-sharing practices related to advertising, analytics, or similar tools may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.
You can opt out by using our Privacy Choices page, cookie preferences tool, or by enabling a user-enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser and device, as required for covered businesses.
Sensitive personal information
We limit the collection and use of sensitive personal information to what is reasonably necessary to provide requested services, fulfill orders, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. Where required, you may have the right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information through our Privacy Choices process.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authorization and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us. If the agent does not provide sufficient proof of authorization, we may deny the request.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including fulfilling orders, providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it is collected.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This includes not denying goods or services, not charging different prices, and not providing a different level or quality of goods or services because you exercised your rights, except as permitted by law.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure marketing performance. Depending on how those tools operate, this may be considered “sharing” under California law when used for cross-context behavioral advertising. If applicable, you can opt out through “Your Privacy Choices” or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC).
